WHAT TO BRING WITH ME TO TRYOUTS
All players must bring current/valid/renewed NCVA membership card , USA Volleyball Medical Release form, and Player Information Sheet to tryout. No exceptions!
If you have not played club before you must purchase an NCVA Membership before tryouts. If you had a membership last season you may use that for tryouts. Check your USA Volleyball Player Age below:
The Age Chart Below is for the last season - don't forget to move yourself up one year. As soon as USAV publishes the new age chart we will swap out.
2025-2026 BAVC GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL AGE 15 - 18 PLAYER TRYOUT SCHEDULE
Saturday, July 26th - Tryout Fee $40
NCVA Age 15s
Check In: 8:00 am to 9:00 am
Tryout: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
NCVA Age 16s
Check In: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Tryout: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
NCVA Age 17/18s
Check In: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tryout: 5:00 pm to &:00 pm

Friday, October 10th - Tryout Fee $40
NCVA Age 12s
Check In: 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
Tryout: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday, October 11th - Tryout Fee $40
NCVA Age 13s
Check In: 9:00 am to 9:30 am
Tryout: 9:30 am to 11:00 am
NCVA Age 14s
Check In: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Tryout: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

NCVA Ages 15 and 16 and 17 and 18
Check In: 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm
Tryout: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm

EVERYONE TRYING OUT WILL NEED TO HAVE A VALID NCVA MEMBERSHIP
FOR PLAYERS NEW TO CLUB:
If you did not play club last season and do not have an active USA Volleyball Membership, you will need to purchase a Tryout Membership in order to try out.
Follow this link to Sports Engine: (Please make sure to click on the link for new or renewal memberships. By using the link it automatically assigns your athlete to our club which makes creating rosters much easier)
· There are 2 options once you get to the Sports Engine Log in Page. The first (Create and account) is for new players who have never had an NCVA Membership thru SportsEngine and the second is (for renturning members) who need to renew their membership from last season.
o Create an account
§ One adult from the family will need to create a sports engine account for the household
§ Once you create the account you will want to go to the NCVA registration page:
· You will need to scroll down until you see the link for Girls Tryout Membership -https://memberships.sportsengine.com/buy/11ee2a7d-08ea-fbba-842a-8249cc1cbfec
§ Once you click on the Tryout Membership it will direct you to your sports engine account to complete registration.
For Returning Players:
Your current membership is valid through August 31st so do not renew your membership until after this date. We will direct you when it is time to renew
