2024-2025 TRYOUT DATES SET! Save the Dates!!
Girls High School (15 and up) Tryouts will be held the weekend of July 26, 27 and 28. Specific dates and times per age group will be posted soon. Updated Registration Links will be posted by June 1st.
Girls Middle School (14 and under) Tryouts will be held the weekend of October 11, 12 and 13. Specific dates and time per age group will be posted soon. Updated Registration Links will be posted by June 1st.

2024-2025 TRYOUT DATES SET! Save the Dates!!
WHAT TO BRING WITH ME TO TRYOUTS
All players must bring current/valid/renewed NCVA membership card , USA Volleyball Medical Release form, and Player Information Sheet to tryout. No exceptions!
If you have not played club before you must purchase an NCVA Membership before tryouts. If you had a membership last season you may use that for tryouts. Check your USA Volleyball Player Age below:
EVERYONE TRYING OUT WILL NEED TO HAVE A VALID NCVA MEMBERSHIP
FOR PLAYERS NEW TO CLUB:
If you did not play club last season and do not have an active USA Volleyball Membership, you will need to purchase a Tryout Membership in order to try out. Tryout Memberships will not be available until July 2024.
Follow this link to Sports Engine: (Please make sure to click on the link for new or renewal memberships. By using the link it automatically assigns your athlete to our club which makes creating rosters much easier)
- There are 2 options once you get to the Sports Engine Log in Page. The first (Create and account) is for new players who have never had an NCVA Membership thru SportsEngine and the second is (for renturning members) who need to renew their membership from last season.

§ One adult from the family will need to create a sports engine account for the household
§ Once you create the account you will want to go to the NCVA registration page:
- You will need to scroll down until you see the link for Girls Tryout Membership
§ Once you click on the Tryout Membership it will direct you to your sports engine account to complete registration.
For Returning Players:
Your current membership is valid through August 31, 2022 so do not renew your membership until after this date. We will direct you when it is time to renew y

BAVC will run multiple teams in all age divisions. Teams will not be completely filled until after tryouts. Everyone has a shot to make the team.

COMMITMENT NIGHT and UNIFORM TRY ON DAYS TBD
Player and at least one parent must attend
Remember you will need to pay for your season club fees in total or leave a deposit by check or cash. If you plan to pay for your full fees or deposit by credit card, there is a 4% credit card service fee added to your payment.
During commitment night parents will hand in their paperwork and make deposit payment, and players will try on uniforms for size. Please make sure your daughter wears either a tight tank top or sports bra under her clothes to try on Jerseys and spandex on to slip on over top new spandex for size and to try on warm up pants. All teams will arrange a time for a club / team meeting in the near future.
Each team will be looking for a volunteer to be team mom/parent. We will also be looking for commitment night voluteers to assist with uniform fitting. Please consider volunteering.
