RICHARD FELDMANN

CLUB DIRECTOR / COACH

As Club Director, Rich works hard to take a personal interest in the development of every player in the club. In addition to running the club and coaching one of our teams, he spends much of spare time doing individual and small group private lessons. His athletic playing and coaching experience includes:

  • Coached BAVC boys and girls club teams including 18s (boys and girls), 16s (boys and girls), 15s (girls), and 13s (girls)
  • Current De La Salle Junior Varsity Coach
  • Former Clayton Valley High Girls Varsity Head and Assistant Coach
  • Former Las Lomas High Varsity Assistant Coach

Rich brings a broad perspective on youth athletics as a club director, coach, high school and college athlete, and a father of a high school and college athlete.

TRACY FELDMANN

CLUB DIRECTOR

Club Director, Tracy Feldmann, has been involved in Youth Sports for over 15 years.  The ultimate "Team Mom", Tracy has helped out coaches and leagues with organization, fund raising, event planning, and more. Her excellent organization skills and communication style are the key to the smooth running of BAVC.  She is known as Momma T to BAVC Players.

RYAN EVANS

CLUB DIRECTOR / COACH

Ryan is a Founder and Director of BAVC. In addition to coaching, he is also our director of summer programs and player development. Ryan was one of the starting outside hitters for De La Salle High School and on the 2011 team that went undefeated in league and won an NCS Championship, finishing 13th in the Nation. Ryan graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he played as a setter for 2 years. While attending college, Ryan commuted from Reno every weekend to run club activities. He currently coaches our 13-1 girls power team.

SAL PAJA

COACH AND DIRECTOR OF YOUTH PROGRAMS

Sal joined BAVC four season ago after several years with the Vibe Volleyball club. He lives in a volleyball household and is well known and highly respected in the middle school, high school, and club coaching community. Sal brings to the club a wealth qualifications and experience including:

REZA SALEH

DIRECTOR OF ADULT PROGRAMS / COACH

Reza played varsity volleyball all four years in high school. He lettered his freshman year, was co-captain his sophomore year, and captain his junior and senior years.  Reza has played Junior Olympic volleyball and club volleyball throughout his college years at Pennsylvania State University. Reza continues to play in several leagues throughout the Bay Area.  When Reza isn't coaching one of our boys or girls teams he is in charge of our Adult Program and Sunday Evening adult open gym program.

DIRECTOR OF ADULT PROGRAMS / COACH

RON DE LA CHEVROTIERE JR.

Coach Ron has been playing volleyball since middle school through college-Indoor, grass, and beach.  Coach Ron is a certified IMPACT Coach with USA Volleyball, Certified with NFHS, member of AVP, and trained under Gold Medal Squared.  While Injuries in his early life prevented any serious play, his love for the sport has kept him in the game with playing and coaching the sport. Coach Ron has had a successful 2016 winning season as head coach for the freshman girls at Liberty High School and head coach for the the 8th grade girls at Edna Hill in Brentwood.  He believes the hard work at practice and love for the game helped his girls achieve much success.  Coach Ron also coached volleyball at Holy Spirit Middle School in San Jose and has coached and directed numerous volleyball clinics at IPlay Volleyball league in Antioch and Edna Hill Middle School.  Coach Ron is excited to be a part of the BAVC family and looks forward to a fun and successful volleyball season.

BRIDGET GENGLER

Bridget is an accomplished volleyball player. She has played volleyball as long as she can remember. Bridget graduated from Antioch High School and played volleyball all through high school and College where she was a middle blocker. Bridget has a passion for volleyball and teaching. Bridget plays in the NCVA Adult league and is a high school Chemistry teacher at Freedom High School.

KIM HUNTER

Kim has been playing volleyball since 7th grade.  She graduated from South Lake Tahoe High School in 1989 and was named AAA Player of the Year in Northern Nevada and was also named First Team All State. Kim received an athletic Scholarship to the University of Nevada Reno.  After college Kim coached at South Lake Tahoe High School for both their JV and Varisty teams.  Kim is still a competative player. She plays in adult leagues for both the NCVA and NAGVA. Kim has a 10 yr old daughter who will be playing volleyball very soon.

DAWNELL BALLY

Dawnell is a Liberty Volleyball alumni and was on their first NCS winning team.  Following high school she played for Diablo Valley College. Dawnell has come back to her alma mater and is currently the Junior Varsity Coach as Liberty High School. Dawnell is a professional fitness trainer and has owned and operated her own personal training business for 3 years in Oakley.

WENDY PADMOS

We are very fortunate to have Wendy as part of our coaching staff. Wendy is an educator at the Contra Costa Christian School in Walnut Creek. Wendy has coached both Middle School and Varsity High School and club teams. She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience and we are excited that she will be assistant coaching on our 16s premier team during the upcoming season.

MIREYA M'DELRIO-SALAMASIDIS

Mireya is thrilled to be coaching young athletes. She played volleyball throughout high school and college. In both high school and college she versital player and played the MH, OH and OPP positions. Mireya has continued playing volleyball in her adult years and plays in the NCVA womans and NAGVA leagues. She has a young daughter and is looking forward to coaching her daughter one day as well.

SEBASTIAN WILSON

Sebastian is currently the Varsity Volleyball coach for both the woman's and men's programs at Clayton Valley Charter High School. Sebastian is an experienced high school volleyball player who played Middle Blocker for De La Salle High School.  After graduating and attending college Sebastian started his coaching career and we are fortunate to have had Sebastian on our staff for 3 years now. In addition to coaching our 15-1 team last year, Sebastian helps run our Summer Programs with Ryan Evans.
